EOS announced the addition of John W. Pendleton and Josh Dennis to bolster the company’s presence in North America. Josh will be responsible for expanding EOS’ leadership in the medical sector, while John will be focusing on growing EOS’ presence in prototyping.
Both John and Josh have deep expertise in AM having worked with other notable brands in the industry. John was previously responsible for growth within the metal AM market at GPI Prototype & Manufacturing where he drove sales strategy and consistently surpassed sales quotas. Josh’s prior experience included representing +GF+ Machining Solutions, EOS, Erowa Tooling and Alternative Machine Tool at EDM Systems.

EOS also announced that Gregory Hayes has joined the company as Director of North America Applications and Consulting for EOS North America. Greg is responsible for leading the new Additive Minds consultancy group for North America, which partners with companies to increase their competitive edge defining and developing AM applications.
As a strategic technology development consultant with deep expertise in high-end R&D, Greg has worked internationally across the health IT, high-tech and aerospace industries. Most recently, Greg co-founded Complex Materials, a bespoke bioresorbable materials company with a focus on magnesium alloy stent tubing. He also served on the JuntoHealth advisory board. Prior to that, Greg was a program manager and director of new partnerships for AM at TNO where he managed research programs as well as funding and partner acquisition. Greg holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Pennsylvania State University, and Start-up and Entrepreneurship certification from the Vlerick Business School in Belgium. He earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering with distinction from the University of Delaware.

EOS experts work directly with customers to solve manufacturing challenges by using AM to create unique solutions. A critical part of this collaboration is arming customers’ engineers and executives with the knowledge and proficiency to fully use AM within their larger production environment.
EOS continues to invest heavily in its North American presence, having recently opened a facility in Pflugerville, Texas, that features a state-of-the-art innovation center and re-opened its offices in Novi, Michigan, that boasts a newly redesigned showroom. The company’s solution portfolio includes AM manufacturing systems, materials (plastics and metals), and software and services, providing complete end-to-end solutions from part design and data generation to part building and post-processing.
